Small Claims: Essential Law, Winning Strategies runs Friday, April 1 and Saturday, April 2, in downtown Toronto. Participants can attend in person or over the web.

Chaired by Deputy Judge Beverley Martel and paralegal Fredrick Goodman, and featuring an expert faculty of Deputy Judges, lawyers and paralegals, this program will provide you with up-to-date guidance on the law, effective approaches to practice, ethical and professional issues, and even the business side of successful Small Claims practice.

CPD Hours Available:

    Both days: 12.0 hours (3.0 professionalism, 9.0 substantive)
    Day One only: 6.75 hours (1.75 professionalism, 5.0 substantive)
    Day Two only: 5.25 hours (1.25 professionalism, 4.0 substantive)

The fee:

    One-day-only registration (either day): $525 + HST.
    Full two-day package: $895 + HST (a saving of $155 + HST)
    The fee includes program materials and (for in-person registrants) continental breakfast, lunch and break refreshments.
