Reinstatement – 10 years later

Anxiety disorder led to dismissal — 10 years ago. Reinstatement is among the remedies ordered by HRTO Adjudicator. The tribunal found: “In this case reinstatement is an appropriate tool to place the applicant back in the position she would have been in had the discrimination not occurred.”
