Elaine Page will receive her Distinguished Paralegal Award, May 29.
A leading proponent of formal and informal legal education and mentoring, Page played a key role in helping to redraft the Rules for Small Claims Court.
Paralegal Standing Committee Chair, Cathy Corsetti, says she is proud to be formally presenting the award, honouring Page for her years of work promoting and raising the profile of the profession.
Page is one of 10 legal services providers being honoured this year with awards and medals. The ceremony, reception and dinner take place at the Lamont Learning Centre, Osgoode Hall. The formalities are followed by a reception in the Upper Barrister’s Lounge.
