The Community Advocacy and Legal Centre presents “Planning for the Future: A professional development workshop on Capacity, Consent and Enforcement Issues,” Sept. 25 and 26, in Belleville and Picton.
This seminar offers a working knowledge of consent, capacity and enforcement issues regarding Powers of Attorney and alternatives, and such issues as the professional obligation issues that arise within the context of elder law practice.
This free program is accredited by the Law Society for 0.75 professionalism hours. A light dinner will be served.
