Conference – What if the Defendant is the Police?

Community and Legal Aid Services Programme (CLASP), is partnering with Charney Law to offer a conference on “Civil Actions against the Police.”

The goal is to prepare legal services providers and others for the ethical, procedural and legal challenges that arise when the defendant of a civil action is the police.

Speakers include such leaders as Julian Falconer, Dyanoosh Youssefi, Selwyn Pieters, Davin Charney and Marshall Swadron.

Law Society CPD accreditation and hours are pending.
