Success! Filling an unmet need for practical advice on setting up a paralegal practice made the first “So, You Have a Licence” program a huge success.
On Saturday, registrants gathered at Lawfactory’s offices in the Sterling Tower on Bay Street for the first session of this program. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive: all would recommend the program, said it was good value, and found the presenters’ tips and suggestions helpful.
Topics included the steps in setting up a practice that meets Law Society requirements, practice management methods, providing client service, and how to market a practice effectively. Claude Gelbard, Brett Lockwood and Simon Brown talked about their experiences with running a paralegal practice, and answered participants’ questions about the nitty-gritty details new licensees want.
Host Al Ricci, founder of Lawfactory, provided the technical know-how and space for the CPD. Learn more about Lawfactory’s integrated practice management solutions.
